I did lspci & nothing shows up ...
but an unspecified Belkin device actually shows up
under the hardware list under unknown devices.
I tried lspci after modprobing the said drivers but
nothing changed.

I then did a hardware report via Yast ... of course
Belkin is mentioned a million times .. so here is some
Yast-Info :

 HWClassList=00000040000010
    Features=0x2
  UniqueID=2UT6.0GdnqWQ3B+2
    ParentID=k4bc.qji2yEO2H98
    HWClass=unknown
    Model=Belkin Unclassified device
    Configured=new
    Available=no
    Needed=no
    Active=unknown
    Bus=0x86
    VendorID=u050d
    DeviceID=7050
    VendorName=Belkin Components
    RevisionName=2.02

SysfsID=/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.2/usb1/1-3/1-3:1.0
    SysfsBusID=1-3:1.0
    Hotplug=4

The above is shown a few times in the report .

And something else :

57: USB 00.0: 0000 Unclassified device
  [Created at usb.122]
  Unique ID: wkjR.0GdnqWQ3B+2
  Parent ID: k4bc.qji2yEO2H98
  SysFS ID:
/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.2/usb1/1-5/1-5:1.0
  SysFS BusID: 1-5:1.0
  Hardware Class: unknown
  Model: "Belkin Unclassified device"
  Hotplug: USB
  Vendor: usb 0x050d "Belkin Components"
  Device: usb 0x7050
  Revision: "2.02"
  Speed: 1.5 Mbps
  Config Status: cfg=no, avail=yes, need=no,
active=unknown
  Attached to: #56 (Hub)

So both above are mentioned each maybe at least 4
times every time with very similiar "numbers".

Sorry .. full list of "Belkin" mentionses :
