I think you haven't any problem with you connection; SuSE 10 was born only few
days ago and the official ftp and their mirrors are very busy. Always the
same situation when a new release is launched...
In case of ftp.gwdg.de you can write an email to administrator; I'm sure he'll
response you.
No I won't. ;-))
ftp.gwdg.de still is delivering 60 MByte/sec (you will not see it because
you are 3000 downloaders), and later today the ISOs for Alpha 2 shall be
released...
