So in France the situation is different. The best is to ask the provider
why they do it. Still strange that they change the IP every 24 hours. If
you are connected and have an IP adress, there should be no reason as to
why you should get another IP adress.
They could even do a new IP with every connection, if they want to. and
drop the 24 hours.
