Funny, the german wikipedia page says: Ferner wurde der Firma IBM ein Patent auf dasselbe Verfahren erteilt; dies beruht auf einem Fehler des US-Patentamts. Die Anmeldung erfolgte zwar drei Wochen vor der von Unisys; nach dem Patentrecht der USA bedeutet dies jedoch nicht, dass das IBM-Patent Priorität genießt. Vielmehr dürfte das IBM-Patent aufgrund des früher erteilten Unisys-Patents ungültig sein. Es würde am 11.
