I have several I've been using successfully from the San Francisco Bay Area in California, USA:
rsync://mirrors.kernel.org/mirrors/suse/update - Very fast, local to SF Bay Area. Sometimes lags several hours behind ftp.suse.com. rsync://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/suse/update - Most up-to-date AFAICT. In Germany. Often slow, but can be very fast. rsync://ftp-1.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/suse/update - Generally up-to-date AFAICT. In Germany. Alternate to ftp.gwdg.de. Hope this helps!
