I've decided the Zenworks system is still buggy and better suited to enterprise users who have a server running Zenworks. I use the "opensuse updater" applet which plugs into Yast/zypper, it seems to work better. Written by a high school kid, too....impressive.
Anyway, yesterday I did a complete update including the packages you mentioned using smart. I used the version that came with 10.2 which is 0.50rc1.
