Reserved addresses (that is those that are used only for one specific
MAC address) are common on business networks and also have some use on
home networks.  It is a function that even some of those cheap
"firewall/router" boxes support.

I already know a fair bit about DHCP and was simply looking for SUSE to
do what's readily available elsewhere and which I have already used
elsewhere.
