I'm sure you're right, but it's what comes with SuSE Linux 10.0 - which isn't that old, and I used to play CDs under SuSE 9.3.You need KSCD 1.6. KDE 3.4 is really old, you should consider upgrading.Charles
But the real trouble is, I've no idea how to go about doing an upgrade. Nothing is available via YaST as far as I can see.
