Does anyone have any experience comparing a P4 3.2Ghz SATA box and an Athalon 64 x2 2.0Ghz SATA box, both with 1GB of RAM, both with openSUSE 10.2? I'm interested to know if the Athalon is quicker with a 64-bit install than the 32-bit box in reading/writing large docs, graphics, and multimedia.
