EULA? Where are you looking? I don't see a EULA anywhere, either when I run 
the update or when I look in the actual patch xml file. I see a message 
describing the contents of the patch, just like there has always been for 
kernel updates

Is that fot the MS fonts? I think I saw something similar to that.
