Ah... yes, "errata" is the plural form of "erratum", in latin. In Spanish 
we use "errata", and the wikidictionary seems to agree:

|   1. An added page in a printed work where errors which are discovered 
| after printing and their corrections are listed; corrigenda.


So, perhaps the page is named "Errata" and a single entry "erratum"?
