Faster download speed and a cleaner connection.  I have dialup so these
things happen often.  One part of the HTML is missing usually a single
character missing from the download will cause the HTML to appear rather
than render.  Try a reload.  I note they do not appear at the library or
the university where there is broadband.  Not even in Windows.
