Well, sofar I can find all the config files in [~/.kde/share/config],
the file for input is [kcminputrc].
Now to find out why it is not completely loaded - some config items are
loaded, like the cursorTheme, but not the keyboard repeat -- real
mystery to me.

So what/who loads these files?  kcminit? who calls it etc.
