I've never done it, but a quick google for "dmraid raid51" and "dmraid
raid15" showed some hits.  Some of which were kernel code that implied
support.

FYI: As recently as June I found a discussion that showed the Redhat
dmraid people were still discussing the naming convention (raid51 vs.
raid15 vs. raid 1+5 vs raid 5+1), but the stacking ability has
apparently been there for a long while.
