That's for 10.2.  Roger asked for 10.0 - and that one exists as well
but on a different server:

http://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/10.0/inst-source-extra/

non-oss was introduced after 10.0 (I think for 10.1, I'm not sure).  In
10.0 it was named differently,
