In YAST (on my 10.3), in the Misc section, there is an image creator. It
seems to be a KIWI interface. There you can make things like a Live CD.
I am trying to make a virtual image, but it dies when adding a channel
to smart (the fourth or so it is adding). But that is another issue...

If you do not find this in YAST, look in the packages for kiwi. Install
and explore.
