I frequently connect to other computers, using XDMCP on my home system. One problem I first noticed in SUSE 10.2 appears to be worse in 10.3. When switching back to the main system desktop, occasionally, I get just a black screen, with a hypen or underscore character in the top left corner. The keyboard is completely unresponsive. After several seconds, it then switches to the login screen and any apps that were running are gone. The other system is not affected. I have a Nvidia GeForce 7300 GS video card and am running 64 bit SUSE 10.3.
