Hi Luis,

Have you checked does YOU download patches right after update is done. 
Recently there is a lot of updates every few days, sometimes is same program 
updated few times. I'm on broadband so I can't follow what is downloaded, but 
I can see patches later in the list. 

The other way would be to create your own update repository, and download 
content of online repository at your own pace.
