Sure, xen works superb! At work we have several dom-0 systems on a san, and about 50 dom-u's Thanks to the xen-3.1, were able to run 32-bit pae-images on 64-bit systems. And older images (10.2, 10.1) run without a hitch. Ubuntu-dom-u-images (7.10) works as well. It's just *bsd, that needs serious tinkering to get it working.
