In fact, it is hidden deep in the "Graphics Card and Monitor" section ... It should have it's own entry point in the hardware section regardless whatever Yast module is started finally to configure it.
The same is valid for the mouse. Graphics tablet and mouse belong to the hardware like printer and scanner and that it ended up in the "Graphics Card and Monitor" section is driven by the fact that it is configured by the x11 module, but not driven from any usability viewpoint.
