Indeed, but it just seemed to me that the people who are having trouble are
sending subject:unsubscribe (or "unsubscribe" in the email body)
to:opensuse@opensuse.org and that a slightly different wording might prevent
these cases.
Maybe not.
If I were trying to unsubscribe and did it the wrong way, hitting the list
instead, I would certainly read again carefully, and this time I would do
it the proper way.
So, unless the person trying to unsubscribe does it again and again, I
would not infer that they are having real trouble.
So, best thing is to ignore them. If they ask, then answer.
