Same as 10.2.  It is in /etc/sysconfig/mdadm MDADM_MAIL and perhaps
MDADM_SEND_MAIL_ON_START, also reachable via Yast2 /etc/sysconfig
Editor.  These both assume you have mdadm running in monitor mode, which
is most easily done via Yast2 Runlevel Editor.
