Feel free to file a descriptive bugreport at the Novell bugzilla.
What I couldn't find in this thread is if
- Mozilla's Thunderbird (non-RPM) with Enigmail doesn't show this issue
- the openSUSE RPM with a downloaded Enigmail extension doesn't show
  this issue

I wouldn't expect a difference but you never know ;-)
