The 10.x-test repos have kdelibs3 and kdebase3 updates for testing since today, but while it no longer crashes, it still has problems with the new Flash Player. We are working on getting better fixes, but since Adobe sprung this on us (or the KDE team) without information, we cannot really say when it will be as stable as before.
