[OS-webwork] Logging

Anyone have a clue as to how to configure the new logging using when deploying WebWork (from CVS) to Tomcat 4.1.10? The log4j.xml file doesn't get explicitly loaded anymore and I'll be damned if I can get a log4j.properties file to load from the classpath.
