I really agree with Patrick here... His example of parameterizing the
SendEmail action makes perfect sense.

In a web context, adding a "?" and the parameters works ok, but what
about in a Swing app? We have to parse the result string? That's just
ugly web cruft, if you ask me. Aliasing an action with parameters makes
good sense. It's like deploying an EJB with different settings in the
deployment descriptor. We should really look at Webwork as a view
component framework with a deployment descriptor, then this all makes
sense.
