[OS-webwork] (no subject)

Hello, I have the following problem

'Exceeded maximum number of chained actions' when I touch a reference
like this:

<a href="<webwork:url page="reportdetailaction!default.action"></webwork:url>?trID=<webwork:property value="id"/>">
<webwork:property value="date"/>
</a>

My actions.xml only has 4 actions:
