I have spent 20 minutes making some changes for webwork. I have added a 2.0 release, so you can start adding all your features for XWork.
I have moved a few trivial things into the 1.3 release, mostly things with patches already attached to the issue. You can see more info here: http://jira.opensymphony.com/secure/BrowseProject.jspa?id=10030 If there is anything missing, please add an issue for it. Else I think everything for 1.3 is covered there. If someone wants to make a task to create the release on sourceforge and assign it to yourself, then we can manage all the tasks related to the release in JIRA.
