A migration path has to be specified, and any needed migration tools written. I am thinking primarily of stuff like changing the EL syntax in all the tags, having a migration-webwork.tld with a migration property tag etc. I would very much like to migrate my forum and wiki code to webwork 2.0 so if I have time I could contribute the tools I will need.
