Not sure. Try deleting the stuff under /work and the exploded web app directory it creates. I noticed that mine would fail with messages about the Component framework stuff if I restarted Tomcat without deleting the stuff under work every time. Kind of annoying really, but I'm not sure if it's Tomcat or if I should blame Patrick :-)
