I'm on a project now where we'll eventually need to decide on a webapp framework to use. I'd love to use Webwork, but of course the rest of the team has only heard of Struts. Does anyone have any advice on how to get people to realize that Webwork may in fact be easier to use? I did a little comparison between the two, but the thinking still is "Struts is the mainstream framework, we should use that". Any ideas how to get people to think otherwise?
