It seesm that the ActionTag in WW2 behaves differently from WW1.  For example,
this doesn't work in ww2:

  <ww:action id='id' name="MyAction">
     <property value="myProperty"/>
  </ww:action>

I looked in the source and the tag executes the given action in doEndTag,
that explains why that didn't work as I expected.  Is this by design in ww2?
Also, what is the "id" attribute supposed to do?
