While this would be lovely, 99% of servlet engines don’t support JSP 2.0 (most are only just up to 1.2) so I wouldn’t like to see this added to WW.
Might work as an add-on though.

I am looking into converting the UI tags over to TagFiles, instead of vm's.
I believe that this may provide a better approach, as the re-use of JSP tags within the tag files is a great advantage.
I am fairly new to JSP 2.0 (I just installed resin 3.0.1 beta) today.
I would also like to find out if JSP 2.0 offers the ability to remove the need for the non UI tags.. such as iterator , property, push, set etc..
Has anyone had any thoughts on this idea ?
