Well, I like having validation dynamic by being outside the class because I have different contexts in which I want to validate a class. Data entry has one set of validations, whereas batch loading has another, etc... Having external metadata about this makes it possible for me to automatically validate in the correct context.
The question is, does this validation change dynamically? Or would it be considered a re-build and re-deploy of the application for it to take effect?
Definitely an interesting use-case you have there.
