It's
just like any jar file... You jar up your compiled classes with your xwork.xml
file (call it something else so it can be included from a base xwork.xml file
from the classpath) and your velocity .vm files so they can be loaded from the
classpath too. Then just put the jar file in your classpath and
voila!
If you
can wait a week or so, I'm working on a simple example app which will be in the
WebWork2 project which does this... It's a config browser that talks to the
XWork configuration facilities to get the set of namespaces, the action names
for a namespace, etc.
