While we are at it, I propose that servelt is to be
enhanced to provide web app context to runtime, like
velocity-tools one does. This would allow to use war
resource loader ( and not just pulling everything from
WEB-INF/classes - HTML folks do not understand this
concept very well,  and I'd rather like them not to
mess  up there :) ( there are our configuration
files... )
