Essentially, if your action is Foo (extends ActionSupport),
and it has
a property "date", then you do:
<ww:text name="'some.date'" arg0="date"/>
OR
<ww:text name="'some.date'"> <ww:param value="date"/> </ww:text>
OR
<ww:property value="text('some.date', {date})'/>
All of those will result in ActionSupport.getText() being called. You'll need a file called Foo.properties that has an entry:
some.date = {0,date}
