So sad that the bug has been open since 1998 and nothing has been fixed.
Amazing. As it is now, you have to write your own resource bundle class
OR use reflection to clear the cache internally (which could break if
your security settings are incorrect).

I plan to get this supported somehow, as it's a huge win.
