I've been too busy lately for doing much on Webwork. I would however like to
add string concatenation as Hani mentioned. I also want to fix the 2 Jira
issues that I have assigned to me. I'd also like to add statics support to
the EL, but that will probably have to wait because of lack of time at the
moment.

As far as I am concerned, it is not absolutely necessary for any of this to
go into 1.4.1, if you are in a hurry to release it the way it is now.
