[OS-webwork] Upload a file

Hallo...
I'm trying to use multipart for file upload with WW1.4.
I copy the code from the cookbook ("Handling file uploads") but i have an
error:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
http/utils/multipartrequest/ServletMultipartRequest

I have "webwork.multipart.parser=pell" in my ww.properties.

Any idea?
I must download the Pell's ServletMultipartRequest and put in in my lib
directory?
