You are right it is possible to do as you said. But it does not helps much. The question was how to use velocity with internation characters from ww. I know it's possible to maje changes in the interceptor, I hope and evrything will be file. At least I hope so. But I'm wendering why it was not done before. Or maybe it's done already but is not documented.
