This sounds strange. Could you check the server log for errors indicating a problem with the NFS server? Or post (the relevant parts of) the server log you can find under the server/default/data/nfs/root/var/log/server.log? Could you test with some other NFS client (e.g. Linux box) whether the NFS shares are functional and offer the data you would expect to see (like what you see under server/default/data/nfs/)? If that fails, could you please test another client, or maybe even a VMware instance, to check whether it is a hardware specific problem? Although I kind of doubt that... > Thanks for your help.
