Please have a look at the wiki at http://openthinclient.org/:
documentation  ->  Admin's Guide  ->  ThinClient Manager  ->  Active
Directory

The example there should help you to setup the system so that the
users can user their AD user and password pair to login to the
thin client.

To use that information for the configured RDP or ICA sessions, too,
you have to make sure that the sso-tcos package is installed and the
switch for single-sign-on in the application is set to yes.

However: this is currently not based on a kerberos ticket, but the
password is hashed and made available to the application launcher.
Therefore you should not use that feature yet in a high security
environment. Consider it as a convenience feature...
