Well, that platform family is also used in our own thin clients. So
we do have an incentive to make the system run well. :-)

If you find anything that helps, please post it and we will see what
can be done to include it if it does not break compatibility to other
platforms like the newer Intel Atom or even older Celerons and VIA C3
that are still widely used.

Well, you already have plenty of RAM, so that's good... :-)

Make sure your configuration of OTC makes the clients use the VIA
driver because the standard vesa driver is not as fast. (Automatic
detection will come, too.)
