Ah, ok, well, those ports are hard coded. Anyway, you would have to
have a real DHCP-Server serving on those ports, too, so it is pretty
much pointless anyway.

Please explain your network setup. I need at least the server types
(physical, virtual (VMWare etc.)) and which server OS for at least
those services:
- DHCP,
- DNS,
- OpenThinClient server.

And network topology (flat or routed) etc...

You really give me too little information to work on. :-(

BTW, in the log files which you can find at:
  <otc-path>/serv/default/data/nfs/root/var/log/ and
  <otc-path>/wrapper/logs/wrapper.log
you might find hints about possible problems, too.
