Thanks Martin, I will talk to them again. We actually tried option 66 and 67 with those options and also added a thin client manually, but for some reason when I checked the logs the client still wasn't contacting the OTC server. I will look into these options further and I will get them to test the IP helper address. Thanks again for your help.
