It's probably a driver mismatch.  You may have to create a new "Device"
where you select from the list of supported display drivers and perhaps
make some additional settings.  I have one thin client that has
unsupported display chips, and it behaves the same way.

Subject: [openthinclient-user] VGA issue

 

I have openthinclient up and working fine with a monitor using a DVI
connection.  If I try to plug in a VGA monitor all I get is the
openthinclient loading screen, then a blinking underscore, then a blank
screen, my monitor goes into sleep mode and I can't get it to work.  If I
plug a DVI connection back in it works fine.  Any suggestions?
