Hello Ken,

an internet connection isn't necessary.
I guess it is a configuration fault in your network.
Please check, if your DHCP-server offers a IP-adress to the client.
Make sure that the client and openthinclient server are in the same
(broadcast-) subnet.
Check that the required ports on your server are not blocked from
other software (e.g. antivirus).

The internet connection is only necessary to run the package
management (in the bottom of the openthinclient manager), search for
updates and download new packages.
