Mark Posted : - I've just installed openthinclient, and I'm trying to get my first client to boot. It now starts loading from PXE, with the splash screen, but then drops to text mode with the last 2 lines:
Begin: Running /scripts/nfs-premount ... Done. And hangs for a few minutes, then comes up with: mount: RPC: Timed out mount: nfsmount failed: Bad file descriptor mount: Mounting 192.168.1.129:/openthinclient on /root failed: Invalid argument Begin: Running /scripts/nfs-bottom ... Any ideas? I am having exactly the same problem. Host OS is Debian 6 running in a VM The Thinclient VM works fine I am guessing this is a file permission somewhere that needs changing any pointers please.
