No, firewall is no issue (is disabled), the client does seem to boot in the 
beginning, i see the openthinclient screen with the progress bar, then it drops 
to a black screen with login prompt:

Gdm[8126]: segfault at 80 ip 0806148f sp bfc46870 error 4 in gdm[8048000+3c000]
Lp0: using pasport0 (interrupt-driven).

Openthinclient OS v1.0.0.0-9 client tty1

With the virtual appliance of Ceres, downloaded from the site, I have not this 
issue while booting the same client.
With Consus installed on this same CentOS server neither.
Strange but true.

what is the error on booting?is it something like "no offers recieved" or "no 
boot filename recieved" then try disabling the firewall on the centOS...

Minerva is no option, none of my clients boot when using Minerva Virtual 
Appliance.
They do when using Ceres Virtual Applicance, but they don't when I install 
Ceres myself on CentOS.
I need to get it working under CentOS, so I hope someone has a solution for 
this.
